Commissions and Prints

Tue Feb 12, 2008, 4:06 PM
  • Mood: Love
  • Listening to: My Heater
  • Reading: The Husband by Dean Koontz
  • Drinking: Water
Available for both

For commissions, please note or email me to discuss what you're interested in and prices.

For prints, please note or email me with the title and or link for the picture. I do not want to print and sell through Deviant Art, so what I do is print it through Walmart or Costco's photo dept and have them ship it directly to the buyer's address, but only in the US. For other countries, I will personally ship the image. Or, if the buyer wishes, I will email a high-resolution copy of the images, or ship a CD for several images.

All for a fair and reasonable price.

Thank you,

Rosie
=)

Just out of curiosity, why not print and sell here?

i looked at the prices and profits, on a like $15 print, i would get less than $2. that's a rip if you ask me

how do the walmart/costco prints look? I haven't tried their digital prints before, although I used to get some smeared photos from costco when I developed film there. :P

I wasn't very happy with yahoo photos either. Kodak is my favorite so far.

i order the exposures from walmart, so they look really nice. as long as you make sure the pic doesn't get cropped. costco is just awesome. i've never used kodak

Hmmm.... you may be right. I haven't really compared it to other places. I would imagine that the printing and delivery costs are pretty high though. There's the visibility of the place to take into account too. My sales tally is:
DA: 13 sales
RedBubble: 1 sale
The Untapped Source: 0
I never really tried to make any money; I'm sure that's a science in its own right.
